• 0 – 3,000 square foot: $0.30 

• 3,000 -10,000 square foot: $0.25 

• Over 10,000 square foot: $0.20

The cost of the initial service may vary compared to periodic maintenance services, as it often requires more time, effort, and specialized treatments to restore the surfaces to optimal condition. Regular maintenance helps keep costs lower over time while preserving the cleanliness and longevity of your floors. Price is based on square footage.

• Initial strip and wax service: $0.80 – $2.00 

• Periodic strip and wax service: $0.60 – $1.00 

• Scrub and re-coat service: $0.40 – $0.60
